Keyframing layer masks

Hi
I need to remove logos, etc from footage. It's easy enough with static shots, but when the logos are moving, I'd need to keyframe the layer mask.
I use Corel VideoStudio because it is cheap and does 99% of what I need it to do. But it doesn't do this.
Any suggestions for programs that can? I am happy with VideoStudio and don't want to spend a lot on another program just for this one aspect.
TIA

I can recommend Blackmagic Fusion. Best part - it is free - https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/ca/products/fusion
I've used this professionally for years. Recently it was acquired by Blackmagic (used to be Eyeon) and they made it free. It has a steep learning curve but it can do everything you want. My company (and lots of others) use it for high end VFX and feature film work.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've seen that before and assumed it was more of an After Effects kind of program, so never looked into it further. I'll give it a bash.
