Pixmac to pond issue

I just signed up for pixmac and uploaded few photos bellow is the email i get, when i click the link i get directed here where my phots arent uploaded, when i check pixmac they are waiting for approval. Whats with the emails i know platforms are merging but this seems to be the worst platform out of the 10 i work with
