Spent the whole day waiting for a track to process

Hi all. This is my first attempt at uploading anything for sale here and as a test, I tried one single track and it's taking too long in my opinion. Is this normal?
At first i waited for like an hour. Then re-uploaded. Waited another hour and did it again and it's been around four hours since and it still says its processing. I can't imagine when i start uploading my After Effects templates and stock footage.

when u upload a clip, the uploade clip has a blue button saying something to wait for processing or such.
don't click that button immediately as u uploaded the clip.
instead, wait about 15 minutes, and then click it.
this way, you will be able to edit it.

if you click the button right away, it wownt let you edit and it says u gotta wait.
sometimes it takes a day to wait. i dont know why that is.
but wait 15 minutes as i said (somewhere between 10-20 min).

if you upload say 5 tracks or in any case, more than one, wait a little longer.
for 5 tracks, i wait about an hour or maybe two, before i click the button, just to be sure.

Thanks for the reply. After reading your message,I went to the uploading page and clicked the blue "processing" button.
Just as before, it takes me to a page with editing options (i guess) but my track is gone. I don't know what to do since this is my first time doing this.
I did this three times already, it's so frustrating. I tried three track the first time. Then went for one to see how it goes but no way.
If i have to wait a whole day for one 50mb track I'm screwed. How are we supposed to make any money from this?

ps* If this is an unusual case, should i contact the staff? I'm lost here.

I'd suggest using ftp...

contact staff. they respond in 2 days or so.
provide details about it, so u dont end up sending two mails on the same matter.
me, i cant understand what ur problem is, i thought it was about the pending thing...the state before being able to edit..

Same thing happened to me. An audio file has been processing for over 24 hours now. I contacted support, awaiting their reply. Must be a fluke, never happened before with 30 file upoloads.

I emailed Pond5 support, they said they had some server problem that day and that probably left the file in limbo. They told me to just upload it again.
