pond5..are you going to fix it??

I would like to know(as most of the artists here i believe) if pond5 is going to fix the search bug issue that hides downconverted hd clips to buyers resulting in much less clips to choose from....this is a big issue first of all for buyers and the for artists and pond5...
I'm back to hd version here at pond5(4k only on friendly 4k sites)due to this issue,so please pond5 let us know what are you going to do about it and when???
