Problems Uploading?

Problems here too. When using web upload, files don't get processed. These files appear as 'processing' on the uploaded files list. When using ftp.pond5.com, I got the error message as described in other posts. Using ftp4.pond5.com, I got my files uploaded, but the files don't appear on the uploaded files list.

... same here - couldn`t connnect to any ftp server...

FTP services are now restored (DNS pointed to new location). It might take a while for DNS to propagate depending on your location, but everything should now be back to normal.
