Unable to find my footage using search window

I have uploaded photos, videos and music.... however my simple photo of a hot air balloon does not show up in search and I have added the appropriate keywords and title. Is anyone else having a problem finding their own material here? It's been up for 2wks at least.
If I can't find my footage neither can anyone else.

I'm not actually having any trouble finding your items. Are there some specific ones you're concerned with? You can always contact <support@pond5.com> if you're worried that there may be a problem with your items.

Doing a search in music for "optimistic positive repetitive seamless looping techno travel uplifting" returns a total of six items, the first one being yours.
