Processing errors

I've had several processing errors after ftp uploads this week. Haven't had problems like this for a very long time. I deleted the last couple but one of them said something like a h.264 error. All my uploads have been ProRes so it must be where P5 is converting them to h.264 and when it fails it kicks everything out.

Todays failure was:
"Attention: Unprocessed Clips

There's been a problem processing some of your recent uploads. These uploads were not processed:
18 Oct 2015 06:52:43 - Family fishing warm autumn afternoon recreation 4K 002 - 56054710: intermediatewm failed"

I haven't changed anything I've been doing.

What do you think Jonathan?

Not really related (I guess), but right now, when I edit a file that hasn't been edited yet and click on "save and submit", it simply reloads the page and resets all changes made. So I effectively cannot submit right now - something seems to be wrong?
