downloading bought footage

Hey,

I'm editing a piece right for which the producer has bought footage from Pond5. He sent me the link to download, but even when I'm signed in under my personal Pond5 account I can't download his footage.

Do I have to sign in with his user name ?? Or can he just authorize me to download

You have to be logged in as that customer. Can he download it and send it to you? Dropbox or other server maybe.
Or he gives you his login and password would be the quickest thing.

I'm not sure about Pond5 authorizing you to download. That would be something for you to contact them directly.
