Music purchase will not render HELP!

I have purchased several music tracks from Pond 5 that haver worked very well. However tonight I purchased one and paid $25.00 for it but when I render the video the music track is omitted. Was I wrong o assume I paid that price so that I could use the track?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I have tried rendering it so far in various formats all to no avail.

No, you are not wrong at all to think you can use the track, and on behalf of all of us producers here at Pond5 I am horrified that you think otherwise.

We will help you figure this out, but you have to tell us what you are doing - what does your project consist of? ... what program are you using to render? Are you hearing the audio from other tracks at all in your render, or is it totally silent? When you press Play on your edit, and the video plays, do you also hear sound? Are you using a media player that possibly has issues with sound playing? Does the audio file you purchased play by itself in a media player AND when you put it into your editor you do see the waveform and hear it? Did you somehow untick the box in your render program that indicates to render audio?

There are lots of ways to mess it up ... give us some detail and we'll help you get it sorted.
