Download doesn't work!

I am continuously trying to download a 4K video clip without success. After 20 hours at an amazing slow speed the Pond5 server connection fails and don't accept the download data anymore, so need to start the process all over again.

I am on a deadline and this is extremely frustrating.

Customer service doesn't answers email – same with the phone numbers.

Horrible service!!!

I am not sure if Jonathan is here at the weekends. If so hopefully he will answer soon.

At the risk of asking a silly question have you checked to make sure it is not your internet connection?

Hi - my connection is fine - I am downloading 5GB in few minutes. I am contacting the customer service since Friday. Thanks for the attention.

One idea egalvani you start the computer or laptop you use it any one? you solve the problem. not working one more time you try it. same problem you check you ( temp ) file and your browsers any block. ( virus attack ) you try friend. all the best

Restart
