Wouldn't carrot juice actually be ORANGE food (or drink)? ;-)

Well, since this is my first audio clip here, it obviously is my favourite. A bit more difficult to get than it sounds, simple traffic on a motorway, but people kept leaning out of their windows shouting things like "Am I on TV now?" What... shot with a microphone...?

Since we are on ambiences, here is a crowd of people I got from a popular theme park... Had to listen closely to the recording and cut out copyrighted movie names and character names, very useful for wide shots of crowds:

Recently had to create a knife "shing" sound for a short film I was working on. Took a lot of trial and error, but I finally got a satisfactory and chilling sound effect:

Lambasting (hitting a body with bearch switch)

You can hear a sound of evaporating water from very hot sauna-stones. It was a very hard thing to record this sound because temperature inside sauna was ~80 degrees Celsium and humidity ~100%. But with some tricks I did it - enjoy the sounds.

ok I got my ZoomH4n and have been recording a lot - the Zoom is a grea tlittle device. picked it up at the profusion video event in Toronto last weekend - nirvana for gear junkies ;)

this truck was making a very cool sound - similar to the tripod sound on war of the worlds but by the time i got there he was finished doing whatever made the sound and was just parking.
