Automate submission entry blocks

On a few of the blocks the input could be automatically input similar to Artist name. Example could be "Country", "Source", "Specific Source", and "Price".

On the artists profile setup the country, source, specific sourse and default sales price could be set.

If an artist has more than one camera then a primary or default would be checked. The country could be set as where the artist lives. The default prices that an artist would normally charge could be set also.

When the artist submit he/she will always have the option to change any of the defaults but it would make it a little slicker and easier.

Great work at sign-in page, I like this much better than a blank re-direction page. Good work.

Also could auto fill when we send ya'll a message under contact.

If you send us messages through the contact_us form when you're logged in it automatically fills out the form. The tricky question is removed too.

Is this much easier than applying a default template? I'm a little bit hesitant to spread out settings to several places.
