My first withrawal

Hey community!
I'm still a total newcomer here in Pond5 and I managed to earn my first 65 bucks. I know it's INFIMAL but hey, it's a start! :)
I'm having, though, a pretty hard time withdrawing my incomes. Not being a US citizen or resident, should I submit a W-9 form anyway? I already have a TIN number so I could complete a form, sign it and send it over. If that is what it takes, how should I proceed afterwards to cash my earnings?
I'd really appreciate if someone could guide me through the process.
