No replies from tech support

I've been on Pond5 since last April, have a fair amount of sales and happy so far. But I have never received a reply to any tech support questions. What's up with that?

Did you use the contact below under "Contact Us" and select "Technical" in the pull down? That usually gets a reply. If you did, then perhaps you can sitemail curator directly.

Yes, I've done that every time. Never had an answer.
