CSV File missing keywords

Hi,

I've recently uploaded 50 odd clips to the database and put in all the metadata, however when I go to download my CSV from Pond5, it is missing keywords for nearly every video. Each clip seems to be short about 5-10 keyowrds, and they are words that are appearing on my uploaded videos. Any idea why this is happening? Or has this happened to someone else?

Are the missing keywords real words or words like and, if, of?
Also, are you sure that the missing words are not duplicate words? P5 remove dups automatically.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, they are real words. An example is "afternoon". They aren't duplicates as the video posted on Pond5 has all 50 of the words but then the CSV is less 5-10
