A quick question for 5D / 7D users.

Do you post videos as progressive or do you convert them to interlaced before uploading?

Both cameras shoot progressive and are uploaded that way.
You shouldn't convert video to anything other than what the camera shoots.

I agree that there would be no value to converting to i. The buyer could do that, and you risk degradation of quality if you convert it and the majority of buyers would need to convert it back.

In Premiere Pro what is the best codec to use for progressive - photojpeg?

^ Yeppers. It's certainly the most commonly used. Quality set at around 75 or 80 works.

Hummm, I usually leave quality at 90-92. Again I try not to degrade the quality in any way. If I have a longer clip I've gone down to 88. Never above 94.

Same, quality in the low 90's
