Description:
The clip opens with a view of the front third of a locomotive engine stopped at the edge of a street. The engine's bell is clanging continuously and two cables extend across the roadway. The engine then revs up and starts to back out of the frame dragging two lengths of rails behind it. It stops when the leading end of the rails reach the middle of the roadway.
