Same thing here ...
I'm trying to upload an after effects template .
I uploaded my ".zip" file via FTP like an hour ago and there's nothing showing up in "Uploads" . Also , the ".zip" file is gone from my FTP account .
I tried emptying my browser cache and refreshing , but still there's nothing in "Uploads".
Any idea ?

It looks like the upload process is a little bit different than the one I was used to.
It takes a little bit longer because they first process(compress + watermark) the video preview.

The uploads to Pond5 have been buggy for me for a bit. I go back into the FTP log window on Cyberduck and delete the stuck files I can see on the POND5 end, then upload them again. That usually does the trick. I don't upload and templates or such, just straight clips.

I just uploaded 100+ clips and they are all stuck in the 'not processed' area... if your files aren't showing up check that area ... not sure what they are doing there. P5, can you help?

Nope. Everything I've uploaded is the write info within 15 to 20 minutes after disconnecting from the FTP. Scott sure you didn't send it to SS?

hehehe. pretty sure. :-)
I can see the files in the not processed area and I can see them on the ftp still. I uploaded them really fast, like 30 gigs in 30minutes from a friends server, not sure if this messed anything up. 1 of them went through, the other 115 are still hanging out.
