Is there a bug in the system?

Most of my recent videos do not show any similar results under the video, where 'other videos by artist', and 'other similar videos by other artists' appear. I'd think this means that my videos wouldn't even be searchable if they're appearing as "no similar videos found" on any level.

Ideas? I've looked at multiple other artists videos and don't see this problem.

At bottom it shows 'no similar results found' anywhere. Is that a bug? How do you even get any traffic to these videos like this?

It's been like this for almost a year now. Guess.its not a priority

A year, geez! I didn't notice til my last batch the past month, don't believe it was doing it to my videos until then.

Perhaps a little more fixing the bugs like this that generate sales instead of blaming other sites for the lack of sales.
I don't know, just seems logical.

I've only ever used this site since I'm new to this and went exclusive when that option came so I don't know about other sites, but since this is the only one I use I hope it's working okay. I keep having to resubmit my tax info to get my new videos approved, did so about 6-7x the first time and got personally contacted to do it again. Hoping the personal email solved it, not sure if the tax upload had a bug too, but must have. Starting to get a bit worried.

Here is another ancient bug:
The default search format is 3D.
A potential buyer finds nothing, goes to another site and never comes back.

That 3D bug has been around even longer.

The 3D bug is so old, probably before you came to pond5. I cannot get the bug right now but I will send a a screen shot once I see it again. Imagine that the word FOOTAGE in the pull-down menu in the search field is replaced by the word 3D by default. I can easily replicated it, but I don't remember in which page it happened.

3D bug appears each time we visit a contributor's page.
In the top of this visited page, there is P5 logo and a search bar to p5 database .
By definition its in 3D instead of footage like the rest of pond5 search bars.
