Find my POND5 uploads on Chinese stocksite.

After a google search, I find a large number of my POND5 footage on a Chinese site called stock.tuchong.com. I'm an exclusive POND5 artist and have never uploaded any footage to any other stock site. What's going on!?

sorry to say but prob someone bought these clips and now he is selling them via that site//or just video theft.send an email like it was suggested and then file a dcma notice.trust me they will go down,
thats the downside when we post photos and clips in stock sites

Yes I have emailed POND5 and am waiting for a reply.
All clips have watermark from POND5, which is strange if someone bought the clips from pond5 with the aim of reselling them.

I just looked at the site.
Looks like they are a partner of Pond5 and Adobe.
So pond5 (or adobe) is uploading them there.
could be adobe since pond5 uploads your videos there as well.

Yes the thought struck me that there may be some collaboration to increase the market and sales, which is perfectly ok for me. I will hopefully get an answer to that as soon as POND5 responds to my email.

Got a quick response from POND5 who explained that the clips on the Chinese site are part of pond5's Global Partner Program, which distributes content from Pond5 to other stock media platforms around the globe, such as Adobe Stock for example. The overall goal of the GPP is to get more eyes on our artists' content to stimulate sales, and is a growing area of our revenue with great potential.

Excellent marketing of pond5 which I appreciate very much.

It's easy to get a bit paranoid with today's online hackers but it turned out that I didn't know how POND5 handles marketing of my videos.

P5's web site info that I've read on the Global Partner Program GPP says that P5 has officially signed with 8 distribution partners including Adobe. But I've not seen who are the other 7 GPP partners.

Wonder how much our commissions will be from sales on this new Chinese partner site, they won't tell you.
