Views not working

Hi Ryan,

Could we get the views to work again? I just went back through about 300 of my latest clips and noticed the views are at 0.
Problem is some have sold, a few more than once and still show 0 views.

A while back a common theory was you needed at least 5 views before they would show up. I do have other videos that have 1 view so I'm not sure that theory is correct.
Anyway, if the views could be in real time that would be great.


Also on the dashboard, the number of artist page views only referred hasn't worked since February.


One last thing, could you send all customers to my portfolio.

No, no and definitely no, they must all be sent to my portfolio! ;)

I think the views is 3 now before it shows up, also the ATC total only updates once a day now, not when a file is added to cart.

Oh and can you fix the fact that there are 2149 HD videos for sale at less than $10. Come to think of it can you fix it so that no HD videos can be sold for under $30 (as a start!) - that would be 342,786 videos that need re-pricing please!

So when you get 3 views it shows up as 1 view or 3 views?
Still live views would be better.

I agree with Engineer with re-pricing and with statistics.
Ryan, Can you contact the people who tag their clips as 4K but in reality the clips are HD only. Now are 2617 clips and growing.

Jake - when you get 3 views it shows 3, not sure after that but if you only have 1 or 2 views it shows 0

Hey guys, thanks for posting these. I've sent the views/indexing issue to Marcus to have him check on the indexing and make sure everything is up to date.

I've also sent the 4K spammers and the HD clips under $10 to our curators so that they can take care of this.
