Are we getting all our sells?

Hey,

I have had 6 cart adds on a clip in a short amount of time. My account reflex's no sells. I didn't read to much into it. I keep a good eye on my account, and see many cart adds with out sells to my account. I recently had a client buy a clip from me, as we talk about his up coming project. He bought a clip and will be releasing he's project soon. My account does not show this sell. If this Project includes my clip, we all have a big problem. I would like a prompt look into this problem.

Anyone finding this true? I send a lot of time posting clips. I would hate to find out I'm being scammed.

sales are delayed by 2-3 days.

really did not know that. I get my email contacting me of my sells at 11:30PM. Is this the same for everyone?

In my experience not all cart adds make sales, and I have had sales that have never been in the cart.

Sales usually show up 48 hours after the cart add shows up in your My Uploads page.

I have no idea which time zone you're on but sales email usually come through eveyday at 0630GMT

I don't look at cart adds as I have way to many pages of files to go through but my clip view stats can be 300 and only one sale.....I also find it can take up to 3 days, maybe 4? before sales get reported in the emails, I get mine in Ontario at 2:35am, I really wish it was 6-7am, guess who wakes up at 2:30am every morning!. I noticed an up to four day delay in reports when I made a price change, took awhile for sales reports reflecting the new prices to start showing up, the old priced sales kept on coming so probably everything is ok, just how it works.

I hate the delay because I get sales reported on the weekend then usually not til wednesday again... since no one is shopping on the weekend.

That's thrown me for a depressing loop as well a few times, especially when it's as slow as it is now, no sales on weekend I can accept, thinking it's the weekend but when I see no sales until Wednesday or Thursday I really worry. I just hope it picks up and soon, 300 clip views should yield more sales than one.....

I mentioned to the Sicilian that due to quite a few cart adds in the last week there was certainly a sale on the horizon but he said "Totally, utterly, inconceivable!" so I threw him overboard to the eels and edited some more clips.
