Searching by price -low/high limit- ,on associated footage 4K + HD

Couple of question about footage search based on price.

1)How many days does it take for price changes to reflect in the database?I altered the price of some of my footage (Hd + 4K associated footage) 2 days ago and if i use the price tags my footage is only visible if i put the maximun price that was 2 days ago.
Which brings me to the next question.

2) What's the point in offering lower price hd along with 4k if the search (based on price limit low/high) cant locate the hd clip when someone puts as maximum price the price of the HD?
If i have a hd+4k clip at lets say 79-149 and someone searches for clips with a maximum price of 85usd the clip doesnt show up at all.

Is this how it always worked and i just noticed?.Whats the point in offering lower price downconverted hd clips if they can only be located with the 4K price in search?Do we really have to devaluate 4k that much just to sell an hd clip?

It seems to be a search bug....however prices here at pond5 are already too low so i'm not going to set my 4k price to match hd selling point...
Pond5 is forcing us to low 4k price not giving us the chance to set our 4k price in a smart way...
this market strategy (like allowing people to sell at 10$)
apparently doesn't work, many of us complain low sales other sites are growing selling the same clips at higher price...

Im not as desperate (yet) as to price 2304p clips at 79usd just because the search engine ignores the hd pricing.
There are other ways.My espresso machine will become my best pal for the summer but c'mon who likes going to the beach anyway?

P.S At this point im even prepared to delete my 4K clips altogether and reupload plain hd.

I just set 4K and HD at the same price, just happy with it.

Lol patuwe sometimes i wish i had your guts sir, but apparently i dont.
Will pond5 respond to this i wonder? This is by far the most serious issue here unless they can prove somehow that the majority of customets dont use price limits to their search. My recent findings suggest otherwise.

Thanks for bringing this up. I tried doing similar searches and ended up with the same results. HD clips are completely ignored when you search by price. They are effectively eliminated because the search engine only seems to pick up the 4K price.

It seems like something that needs to be looked into and fast. We price 4K higher for a reason, not for good fun. I'm confident the Pond5 crew will be on top of this shortly. Just to be sure, did you email support with this question?

it's a big issue..but after all if buyers search by price and you want to be ranked in the first page i guess you need to set your clips at 10$ and to me it doesn't worth...does search by price ranks from lower to higher price?

No steffhoffer i didnt email anyone, i prefer these things to be discussed in public, this should be read in public because it affects everyone, plus its time for pond5 to prove that they read the forums.
This is extremely serious in my opinion and explains a low about my views and sales during the past few months where i mostly uploaded 4K.

To recap, for those who understandably wont go through my long rant, what this whole deal means is that regardless of how anyone prices his hd clips, the price of the biggest (or more expensive) clip of the associated clips is what counts in price search, simply eliminating the clips altogether from the search if someone hopes that his lowest hd price will show up.

No sebolla only the highest price works.Which means that if your hd is 79 and 4k is 149 and someone searches something from 0 up to 148 usd as a maximum then the clip wont show in the search even though your hd price (79) is between this limit.
Someone needs to search from 0 to 150 so that your clip will show up or not search based on price at all.

Did you search limit to HD (no 4K) and a certain price range?
