FTP problems

Hi,
This morning I am having problems uploading.
Using either WS_FTP or Filezilla it gives me the same error:
450-Error during write to file: No space left on device.

Did you guys run out of hard drive space?

Thanks,
Jake

Sorry about that. It should be up and running now.

The upload space is now enlarged to avoid this problem. I had to restart the ftp daemon. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Best regards,
Marcus

Hi Marcus and thanks for working on the problem. It worked great last night but now I'm getting a different error.
It's giving me a login error from the FTP.

Thanks,
Jake

Sorry, the authentication process had gone down.

The authentication process is still failing for me at 2:37 pm MST 11/18/2007.

I have not been able to upload anything since last night.

It should be fixed now.

Hi Marcus,
I am really sorry to be a pain.
I'm able to login and upload now. But I've uploaded 4 videos and waited about 2 hours and I don't see any of them to be edited.
Does it sometimes take longer?

Thanks for you help,
Jake

I'm afraid that some clips might have been deleted when moving the directory. I had to restart the ftp server for it to behave. Should any have partially uploaded files, please resume the upload and the file will be processed. If not, please https://www.pond5.com/it/index.php?page=contact_us and we'll trigger them manually.

The clip should always appear within 15 minutes from that the upload finished. When an upload is finished a program is run by the ftp server that starts the processing immediately to probe the clip, create previews etc. A worst case clip would take a few minutes but there might be few in the queue. >1h always means some kind of error.

I'm very sorry about this, touching a live system always tend do some harm somewhere.
