I do not see my all uploaded videoclips

Hi Pond5!

I do not see my all videoclips uploaded via Pond5 site.
For example: I uploaded 40 files, but I see only 38 in "Needs Edit" section.
I wait 24-48 hours, but I do not see result. Also I do not see this 2 missed file in "Processing" section.
Sometimes I change the name of the file, reupload, wait few hours and then the files appear in the "Needs Edit" section.
This problem is repeated regularly.
It is very uncomfortable!

Fix it, please

Could they possibly not fit the file requirements? Wrong type, too long etc?

I have to re upload all the time! a real pain.

I have to upload some of my video sometimes 4 or 5 times before they show in the edit section, my files are compatible with he required specifications, there is a huge glitch there and Pond 5 team seems to don't care at all of this painful problem.
Uploading a 4K file is very long with a average adsl connection.

Same problem here.
Out of around 40 files uploaded there are always 5 or 6 files that do not appear.
Even uploading them several times after via FTP does not seem to work.
Big, big waste of time

lots of issues still with the upload process... not sure what is going on...

Not saying there couldn't be a bug but I have never had a file not upload properly unless it didnt meet one of the requirements.

last night 1 out of five failed to process. Two nights ago 2 of 10. Really??

It's definitely a bug loki.. many people are experiencing it. Not sure how many you upload, but I do batches of 50-100 files and it shows up. Frustrating, but I think they are on the fix.

Still buggy.

I UL'd only 20 files: 3 of them showed up as "PROCESSING FAILED" and 2 more remain marked as "Scheduled for Processing" despite it being more than 24 hours later.

So I UL'd the same 5 files again. 2 of them (both from the "PROCESSING FAILED" bunch) made it fine, the other 3 are simply missing (about 3 hours after UL'ing completed).
