U.S. Currency

First of all, U.S. currency is not copyrighted, so please stop saying that.

Second, please print a bank note from this shot that can be used as counterfit and show it to me:

Whoever curated this is an idiot and is rejecting ALL currency.

Different sites have different policies on displaying currency. If you won't want to play by the rules here, go away.

A little harsh don't you think CaptLarry?? There happen to be over 400 videos of U.S. currency online here. So it seems that the curator was wrong to have rejected the clip.
CaptLarry 8 Sep 2018 19:57
The curator may be wrong, but that doen't mean they should be called an idiot.

Big portfolio, big mouth :) :) :)

Been here 11 years Larry... I have had private meetings with the folks at Pond5. They know me well. They understand frustration when dealing with curators who don't know how to do their job.

I can understand that MidWest, maybe more than you know. But others coming behind you, who are newer here, may think that it's OK to go to that level to get attention. Hate to see this sort of thing denigrate into a name calling fest. But believe me, I understand your frustration. If you know the staff here well, maybe a word on the side about some of the curators would be more effective. But it's not my forum or site, so do as you must.

I get you... and you're right, of course. Pond5 has been extremely frustrating lately and I lashed out...
CaptLarry 10 Sep 2018 13:02
See my picture in the posts? I used to have lot more hair!

So, there is no possible way you can print from that clip above, but after appeal it's still been rejected.

I'm speaking at a conference with over 5000 librarians registered for my session so far and I'm definitely recommending Shutterstock and Videoblocks... and telling them to avoid Pond5. The video recording from that session will be available to over 200,000 librarians in the U.S. alone.
