I really do not know why some people think that the Pocket is a consumer camera.
That FilmConvert looks interesting.

Hi Jake I looked at their tutorial and the thing that struck me was that the adjustments you make to any one clip can be saved and instantly applied to all shots in that series, so for you in a studio shoot you could batch adjust levels curve saturation sharpness and have it done automatically for multiple clips allowing you to do something else. See the film settings tutorial http://www.filmconvert.com/Videos/Default.aspx This one feature for a stock producer is great and the quality of adjustments beat my present editing software.
Just got my extra three Blackmagic batteries from Blackmagic, so now I have four.

I'll take a look at the tutorial. Thanks!
Cinecameratv: I think the first thought for some people is the small size and think its a consumer camera.
I even heard someone mention that the soccer moms would be using it at their kids games.
That is doubtful unless the soccer mom is also a video editor and knows about color grading a raw image.

If you are looking for a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera, I can recommend the retailer I got mine from, they are in Wisconsin so do not charge sales tax for out of state shipments and are offering a Black card for a free tutorial and free shipping to U.S. address's. I got my camera and three extra batteries from them after I checked they had stock, good prompt service. They are called https://sharbor.com/products/BMDN5000012.html

I think many newbies don't understand what or how the camera shoots. Mine has left the store and on a truck on the way to soccer daddy ;)

The menu is simple and brief in comparison to a DSLR, they have put everything into picture quality.

Took mine on a trip to Vegas last week. Shooting at night is easy and the results are good. However it is impossible to see anything on the screen in daylight. I've got to find an EVF or loupe. Has anyone bought a loupe that they would recommend?

No pocket clips on Pond5 yet? I have seen some camera type spam but no BBPCC clips.
