Uploaded file not showing up !

I have been having the same problem for over a week. Tried two different FTP and FTP software. Still get the same unprocessed error. Emailed support and was told that I might as well delete and upload again. Tried that and my upload is unprocessed again.

I hope they fix this soon, never had a problem here before.

Emailed support. Used the little 'contact us' thinggie on the site. Talking on here....

No response :-(. I actually tried to call their office but they were closed. P5, where is you :-)

I just uploaded a bunch of clips of the last few days and not one issue. They showed up within as fast as 15 minutes.

My last email to support didn't get a reply. Never had a problem like this here before and I do wish someone would get back to us, either here or by email.

Or stop by my house. special delivery. Maybe they will come around sometime.

Well Scott seems like you'll to reload those clips. It's nice to have friends that will let you use their server have but not so nice when the clips are lost cyberspace.

sharpvid, some of the P5 crew are at the show in Washington DC and that is probably why you haven't received a reply and who is ever left behind has a lot work in front of him right now. Show ends tomorrow.

The probing program showed even more creativity in presenting probed information to the great confusion of my python program. All mis-probed clips from the last three weeks has been thrown on the queue again. Should popup within the next day or so.
