These elk are on some property I own. There is also a very big Royal Bull that all these cows belong too. I've been watching them all summer. Not sure what happened to the size ration, looks good in QT but looks square on P5.

this is the first of a lovely series where another female sits waiting to abduct the baby and the mother holds it by the tail. eventually the fight over it - mother still hanging onto baby by the tail - then the abductor runs off with the little one!!
