I'm having the same issues as HDVMaster. Seems to be getting worse.
Now, not only do hovers show a blank, white box, clip details pages do not play at all. Instead of a "PLAY" button, I now see this odd, broken box icon in the center:

I hope the fix as presented above, which didn't work for me, is just a temporary workaround. You can't put the burden on the user to make such a drastic change to their browsers just to use your site, especially since other stock agency sites are working fine.
I'm on Chrome v67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit) on a Mac. I don't see this issue on any other browser, or on Chrome on a PC.

Playback is totally hosed! On the back end and on the front end. I submitted a support order on this issue along with screen shots. This is a programmers screw-up on the P5 side. When viewing a video, a new icon instead of the play arrow shows up (little box with squiggly line). Everyone needs to submit support orders so that this gets fixed pronto or you can kiss sales goodbye until it is fixed. Why would anyone purchase footage that they can't even preview?

@ Lawrence - this is a new issue, not the "autoplay" issue. I sent you a screen shot of what's happening.

Doesn't work for me, either, on my Mac with Firefox. I get this MIME error when I try to play a clip preview:
