Use your EU consumer' right to buy Sony RX10, test it. When you don't like it, return it. That is it..No perfect camera to fit all purpose and for every one/need. In the other case, camera producers will close down decades ago.

Can you get individual 4608x3456 still images in time-lapse mode or only the final .mp4 video?

Don't know specifically about mp4 or the GH4, but in general, in Premiere Pro at least, you could "export media" and end up with individual frames in a folder then import as a time-lapse sequence.

Thanks for the link - it seems that still images are not deleted after the creating the video. I was confused about this when reading about time-lapse in the Manual (p123): A motion picture that exceeds the recording time of 29 minutes and 59 seconds a motion picture that exceeds the file size of 4 GB cannot be created.

Since I'm coming from the GH3, I'm right at home with the new camera. There are more options/features that I have yet to explore, but so far, I like the camera and quality.

Still I'm not sure about the time-lapse recording in GH4, may be I clarify my question: can I configure the GH4 to shoot max quality 4608x3456 RAW still images until the SD card will be full? What are configurable from Menus the min / max time intervals and number of shots in the time-lapse mode?
