Which sequencer do you use to write music?

I tried writing in fl studio but my compositions were rejected as poor quality

By sequencer do you mean DAW? I use Reason, but the DAW shouldn’t necessarily directly impact on the quality of your output. The DAW you use is more down to personal preference, workflow etc. Are your rejected tracks hosted anywhere else so we can listen?

It could be the sounds and samples you're using sound dated to the curator. A different sequencer/DAW might not fix that.

There's nothing wrong with FL (if you can live with the workflow).
I heard one of your tracks from another thread and it was pretty wild (frantic, erratic) so maybe it was not an audio quality thing so much as a fit for purpose thing. If you find FL makes it hard to understand your piece as a whole then try something else. I too use Reason and the workflow there is really smooth (at the cost of millions of little features).
I'm waiting for a first piece to be accepted here but I have made the mistake of presenting what I thought was my best music to other libraries only to be rejected. They never say why but I am learning that library music generally sounds as bad (flat, unimaginative, underdeveloped) as it does because the buyers want bland, unchallenging, adaptable etc.

I use Reaper since three years (used to be an FL user too), because Cubase was too expensive to me. I will never switch to another DAW again.

I currently use Cubase but due to price I haven't been updating it in a while. I have used Reaper as well which works just fine (and is much cheaper, and is frequently updated).
However, most DAWs these days, small and big, produce high quality sound. Have you looked into your mixing/mastering chain to see if there might is a problem there?
Also worth to mention perhaps: I had uploaded a track which was accepted, which I later deleted. I changed my mind though and re-uploaded it, but this time the very same track got rejected (for being "wrong" type of music) - maybe it's an issue based on who reviews it?
