FTP status bug?

The FTP status for both 2 and 3 always seem to match. Is one of them pointed at the wrong server?

FTP 2 and 3 point to the same server at the moment, FTP3 changes to a different server when volume gets too high for the first two to handle.
Also, if you would like to get more timely responses from our team, sending us an email via the contact us form will usually get you a response within 24 hours, since email usually takes priority over responding in the forums. With technical questions such as this one email is particularly effective.
