Change thumbnail of a clip in the footage

I know I can change to one of 16 thumbnails offered. But they refer to frames in the beginning of the clip, whereas the meaningful and attractive frames come only later.

I’ve always found that the choice of thumbnails is spread over the full length of the clip. Even so, there’s no guarantee you’ll see a thumbnail you like, as it depends on which snapshots the system allows you to choose from.
