Collections not Updating - Time sensitive

I am trying to put together a Collection of clips for a client, per their request.
I added 10 clips to a new Collection, and made it public. When I go to my Collections menu, the Collection indicates there are 10 clips in the collection, but when you click into it, only one clip is showing up in the collection.
That makes it difficult for me to present to said client. Is there a delay in Collection clips showing up?
Client said this is time sensitive, so if I don't get this working, I could lose several sales.

Please advise. I don't know what the heck is going on at Pond 5, but none of it seems good.

There has always been problems with the collections.
Usually it takes 24 hours to make any changes go live.

Sometimes I've deleted a collection and created another, then added the videos to it. That seemed to work.

I deleted 2 old unused collections, and then built my new one. It worked! Brilliant.
