premiere export .mov problem.

Hi there,

I just new to this site and having some problems ..
My environment as below :
Win7 64/ premiere pro cs5.5 /Quicktime 7.6.
I use 5dII shot a original movie(1920*1080 30p,48M),and use pr to export it.but the file size goes up too large. (176M).
below is pr export setting:
1920*1080,29.97fps,Progressive,Quality 92 No Audio Photo-Jpeg(Use maximum render quality).
My setting have some problem?What can i do?

sounds good, you should expect a 20 second video to be between 300-600 mb. with those settings.

my setting is ok?file size goes up too large is right?

yup, HD 1920x1080 video is large when using PJPEG. Don't forget square pixels also. Get used to 500mb file size, that will be the norm with the 5D MKII. Many times with your settings (I use the same settings) a 30 second file could be up to 1Gb.
