Need Edit

Hi, I have uploaded some photos which are mine and also filled in all the details however the status shows as "Need Edit" even though I have clicked on Save and submit for review.....is it because my ID has not been verified yet....(as it says it will take 48 Hours for the verification even though I have verified my account through confirmation email
