Batch Edit Footage Problems

Hi,

When I try to batch edit footage, I get the error "Failed to delete old template (one ro)" or something similar. I don't even get a full error to tell me what I'm doing wrong (even though I've been doing the same process for over two years).

This has been present for about three weeks for me now.

Any ideas?

I'll just add that I was trying to batch edit music and kept getting an error as well. No description of the error was given when I submitted the form, other than that an "error had occurred".

There's a bug right now with dynamic templates, but our team is working on a fix.

In the mean time, the best solution is to delete the template "_dynamic" from within the Templates section before using the Batch Edit option.

Thanks for the response. I had two templates called "_dynamic" - I deleted both and the batch editing is working fine.
