B&H 100$ Gift Card exchange

POND5 gave me recently a B&H 100$ Gift Card. As I'm located in Germany I have little use of it. There are no shipping methods available to Germany for most of the items. Plus the delivery costs and the taxes make it unreasonable for me to make a purchase at B&H.

I would like to exchange the 100$ B&H Gift Card against 85$ PayPal balance.
