Building sets and releases

Hi,
I was wondering if anybody else has run into this issue and how you handled it?
I have built my own set of a living room and fireplace in my studio, aka garage. I have started shooting some videos but the Property Release was rejected for not having a witness. I live alone, I work alone and my neighbors are not thrilled about me asking them to sign releases everyday and most of my friends do not live close by, so having to wait would put a big damper on my production.
I totally get the idea of need for a witness when using another person's property.
I have for years with my still images with another agency have just included a page of "production stills" and they have never had a problem and they are strict on releases. I know each company is different. So I was hoping to find a middle ground. I have sent this question into support, but I figured I try here as well.
I look forward to your suggestions.
Thanks,
Charlie

I've shot a lot of video in my house, never uploaded a property release unless I show a photo or art work in the background.
