When you are filling out the form to submit clips to the Curator I was wondering the following:
My clips are HD from a Canon HV30 processed from tape at 1440x1080 to a finished clip of 1920x1080, with Motion Jpeg-B etc
1. Source: DV, MiniDV, or HDV
2. Aspect Ratio: 16:9 Native or 16:9 Anamorphic
Thanks
Norman

I am a dumb @$%. I had put miniDV for all those, not HDV. I have the same camera and process. HAHA. Had to go back through ALL of mine. Now I know better!!

This may or may not be a horrible and time consuming task:
Go to https://www.pond5.com/it/index.php?page=clip_templates
click new
enter name clip source HDV
scroll down and check HDV in Clip Source
scroll to bottom and click Save Template
Back to https://www.pond5.com/it/index.php?page=my_uploads
check the checkbox to the left of the wrongly sourced clip icons
scroll to bottom and in "for all selected clips", choose "apply template" and click Execute
Choose your "clip source HDV" template and click Submit.
Best regards,
Marcus

Not entirely sure, but I think you should also check "add keywords" when you apply the template. Otherwise it might just erase the setting of all those little checkboxes.

The keyword fields are completely ignored if they are left blank. If the fields contained a space they used to be considered non empty, so I guess checking the "add keywords" checkbox is something you might have learned the hard way. Sorry about that if that's the case.
We've simplified the thing above, by the way.
On my_uploads,
check the clips you want to affect,
scroll to bottom and choose "dynamic template" and click Execute.
You are now presented with a tempate form. When you save this form, the checked clips are updated.
Best regards,
Marcus
