PSD upload zip file question

Hi, I read all the direction on uploading a photoshop as a zip file with example images. I upload the file about eight hours ago and it still not showing an example image. I wondered if I have not waited long enough for the upload to process or if I made a mistake.
Yes, this is the first time I uploaded a psd to Pond5, Normally I update images or audio files. Thank you and below are some links to screenshots in my dropbox.

Hey KimberH,
Sorry that this image is not showing up properly! I'm guessing this was an error with uploading and the file didn't fully upload. My suggestion is to change the file name (simply adding "_1" is enough for it to not be blocked by the duplicate detector), and then re-upload. If you're using the site uploader, I recommend trying it on a different browser like Chrome or Firefox to see if you're still getting the error.
You can also try the FTP if the site uploader isn't working properly. If you still can't get the file to work, please send a message to support@pond5.com via wetransfer, google drive, dropbox, etc and we'll be happy to attempt the upload on our end!

Thank you Ryan, I think I will retry using FTP and change the file names.
