Website stealing from Pond5

Hey pond5'lings

We have found that this website:
https://m.droitstock.com/audio/dvpkbbbejgegi.html
Is reselling our item:
https://www.pond5.com/royalty-free-music/item/111385357-big-90s-news-tv-intro-full-version-retro-music-theme

And there is a lot of other pond5 content as well. They are even using the pond5 watermark.

We wanted to blow a whistle and let you guys know about the issue.
Do any of you have experience with this and/or suggestions on how to stop these things?

Hey folks,

Thanks for writing in on the forums. The website posted is indeed one of our reseller partners, so if you’re opted in to either our Limited Licensing Program (LLP) or Global Partner Programs (GPP), then you may see your work on our partner sites from time to time as we try to grow our global reach and increase revenue outside of the typical markets Pond5 serves.

To view the status of your account or opt out of either/both programs, you can do so at any time by going to your preferences page in your artist dashboard. https://www.pond5.com/my-preferences

The contributor agreement is here if you need additional details: https://www.pond5.com/legal/contributor

Please let us know at support@pond5.com if you have any more questions.
