Panasonic HDC-SD800 help

My friend has a Panasonic HDC-SD800 which he is having a few issues with. As I know nothing about camcorders I was wondering if anyone here could point me to a good help page/forum where he could get some help.

Daniel more than likely it's a matter that software his friend is using cannot handle AVC/H264 or his computer. But since Marbury doesn't check his messages who knows what problems his friend is having.

Sorry Jason, I didn't realize I had an inboxed message. Basicly, he has had it connected to the TV looking at his results which were excellent. He accidently disconnected the lead while turned on. The next time he viewed his video recordings the quality was not as good as before. He was wondering if this caused the problem and more importantly, if it can be salvaged back to what it was.

The recordings should be fine. Seems like the output resolution has switched to a different setting. You can set it manually in the playback menu to AUTO, 1080 or 576. Tell him to try different settings.
