4K codec for P5 upload

Hi
i got problems with 4K upload on Pond!
What codec i need? My footage is now a quicktime mov. and jpeg2000 codec at 90percent quality!
Anybody can help me?

I am using PhotoJpeg (Apple Photo-Jpeg in MPEG Streamclip) at 92%. Do not interlace. Don't worry about the size of the file.
If this cannot be processed as well, then you probably have a problem with FTP. Try again.
