Converting Video before upload

All of my files are h.264. I know pjpeg are better but they are also huge in size. The way I see it anyone who knows enough about file types to be concerned about it being h.264 will also know how to convert the file if they are color correcting or for any other reason. I wish I could know for sure what effect, if any, it is having on my sales. I can't think of any way to really know. It would be great if P5 had their own conversion like some of the other sites.

Guys, tnx for this discussion.
I do a lot of editing myself and the national broadcast company who i work with is also happy with h264. I think a lot of my footage is sold outside EU and USA where they still dont have fast internet, then a file of 400MB takes a long time for a 10 second clip.
About the collorgrading..
When i upload the native file instead of convering it to p-jpeg there is no quality loss, it only looks like its better quality, but the customar can convert them to p-jpeg themselfe and then it's all the same right?
