Sending Video clips over Mail ! - specs

can someone send me the method...
hot to send it... naming of the files or folders...
do I have to include key words... if yes how do I do, etc.

I didn't found the link where those things are explained.

I have too much footage and my Internet limit is costing me a lot of money ! ... and takes a while !
