HTML Coding issues within Collection Descriptions

I'm adding "description" box info (including simple HTML) to my collection pages. For example, on this Pond5 webpage
you will note the description box contains three links. The first one formats and works fine. However the second and third links are corrupted with an extra (bolded) html code that I can't seem to get rid of: (the URL I want to use is unbolded)
"https://www.pond5.com/collections/%E2%80%9Chttps://www.celebrategreece.com/inquire%E2%80%9D
The bolded elements of the URL are added by the Pond5 system and don't appear outside of the system. Technical is looking into this, but they suggest asking the Forum
