Which license is appropriate for its purchase?

I have a question. One buyer asks me if he can put a lirics on may music and use it later as a song on a christmas album? Which license is appropriate for its purchase?

Individual license is enough if he planned put the lirics and then use this album on youtube or for personal purpose. Otherwise upgrade license needed.
