HELP ME stop the reselling or our videos !

I see that on Fiverr there are a lot of sellers that resell stock footage and pictures, that come from "all you can download" accounts, especially of storyblocks, but can come from any stock agency with low subscription plans.
We are all involved because they can access to yours and mine contents too.

I periodically make a search for them and report to the stock agency where they take the videos for the account to be banned and I report to fiver too.

and search for "videoblocks" , "storyblocks" or "stock footage" or "stock images"

not all are violating the terms because some are selling their own stock videos, but you can easily find the fake ones or contact them to investigate where they get the videos...

please help me to stop this behavior that is taking down our sales!

and beware to give your contents to an "all you can download" collections !

that's intersting...how do you know they use stolen material to create the ads??
by the way a safe solution is to not contribute to unlimited download subscription....
if you can post on microstockforum to get more audience....

some explicity says something like:

it's unbelieveble!!! do they have the rights to resell footage after they download from unlimited subscription??

They basically use their subscription to get the video that you ask for, it's definitely not within the usage copyright. Hard to police this I guess. Sucks.

dapoopta,the link you provided brings to a video editor advertisement that offer to make you a video from stock footage based on your need...i don't think this is illegal as long as he has an unlimited download subscription account with storyblocks or envato or whatever agency offer this service...do i miss something??

no, they don't have any right to resell the videos, they can only sell them in a used work, the general terms of all agencies usually have some legal like this:

" Content must be incorporated into a User Work, and Content must not be capable of being downloaded, extracted, or otherwise accessed by a third party as a stand-alone file. You cannot sell, license, or otherwise distribute or make available the Content (or a superficially modified version of the Content) on a stand-alone basis"

So if they offer to make a video presentation for a customer with some stock footage it's ok, but some of them explicitly sell some videos pack at your choice, they provide the VideoBlocks list and the buyer choose the videos he wants to be downloaded with the seller unlimited account.

it's not even correct to make a video editing for a buyer with some selected clips joined and give it to him to use in another way.

the only work they can do is to make a video editing with stock footage with audio and text as a final product and sell it as a stand-alone product, that cannot be changed or used in a different way.

Anyway if you have some doubts about that just report the ad link to the stock agency where they take the footage and they will investigate and ban the accounts and take legal actions...
